Risk of Loss
All items purchased from SunRayTan.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Order Processing
After receipt of order, products typically ship within two (2) business days via US Mail or UPS. Tanning beds are shipped via freight. If shipment is delayed, the customer will be notified via e-mail.
Product Descriptions
SunRayTan.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, SunRaytan.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SunRaytan.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to refund any purchase from the SunRaytan.com site from the time your order is placed until your Product is received by you. After receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine if your Purchase qualifies for a return and your preferred method of return.
Returns and refunds for Purchases
Our customer satisfaction is our biggest concern. If something is not right or the Product is defective you have 14 days to return the Product for testing. We will test the Product to verify the problem and if we deem the Product as defective we will ship the product back at no extra charge. However if the Product passes our test then we will ship the Merchandise back and you will be responsible for that cost. For any refund of an item the Product must be sent back to us unopened and with factory seal must be intact. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON TANNING BEDS.
